5	5	WHEREAS, A full and generous life came to an end with the
6	6	death of Jacksonville resident Paul Hart on April 10, 2009, at the
7	7	age of 77; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Born in Monkstown on October 25, 1931, to Ellis and
9	9	Thena Hart, Paul Hart graduated from the Dallas school system and
10	10	answered his nation's call to duty with four years of service in the
11	11	U.S. Army during the Korean War, including two years spent
12	12	overseas; and
13	13	WHEREAS, Mr. Hart worked in the automotive parts and repair
14	14	industry throughout his life and was employed by Smith Auto and
15	15	Muffler and the NAPA Auto Parts store in Jacksonville; he enjoyed 42
16	16	rewarding years of matrimony with his wife, Bobbie, before her
17	17	passing, and he was the father of three sons, Kenny and Glen Hart
18	18	and Paul Chaney, who preceded his father in death; Mr. Hart also had
19	19	eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren in whom he took
20	20	great pride; and
21	21	WHEREAS, An accomplished musician, Mr. Hart played guitar,
22	22	banjo, steel guitar, and bass, and he enjoyed fishing, dirt-track
23	23	racing, cooking, and family gatherings as well; open to learning
24	24	from and celebrating what each day had to offer, Paul Hart
25	25	brightened the lives of all those who were fortunate enough to have
26	26	known him, and he will be fondly remembered and deeply missed; now,
27	27	therefore, be it
28	28	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
29	29	Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Paul Hart and extend
30	30	sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his sons, Kenny
31	31	Hart and his wife, Teresa, and Glen Hart and his wife, Angela; to
32	32	his grandchildren, Leigh Meza, Paula Villanueva, Carrie Chaney,
33	33	Alisha Hatchett, Brandon Hart, Cody Hart, Casey Cannon, and Jana
34	34	Hart; to his great-grandchildren, Brittany and Jeremy McAnally and
35	35	Jakeb Ham; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it
36	36	further
37	37	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
38	38	prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
39	39	Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Paul Hart.
