| 17 | 17 | | of Dallas, where she is a nationally acclaimed pastry chef and the |

| 18 | 18 | | executive chef and cofounder, with her husband, Espartaco Borga, of |

| 19 | 19 | | La Duni Latin Caf; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The diversity and innovative spirit of Latino |

| 21 | 21 | | cuisine contribute greatly to American culture overall, and Ms. |

| 22 | 22 | | Borga merits special acclaim for her achievements and for setting |

| 23 | 23 | | an outstanding example for the next generation of Latino chefs; |
