H.R. No. 2177 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, Those young people who give of their time and talents to assist in the demanding work of the Texas Legislature are truly deserving of our gratitude and admiration, and Jennifer Fein is one such individual; and WHEREAS, Originally from Dallas, Ms. Fein served as a legislative intern in the office of State Representative Elliott Naishtat from January to May 2009, and her commitment, dedication, and cheerful disposition were much appreciated by her colleagues; and WHEREAS, Ms. Fein is graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2009; she plans to attend law school, and her hands-on experience with the workings of state government will no doubt enrich and inform her experience as a lawyer; and WHEREAS, Although her coworkers are sorry to see her tenure end, they share her excitement in a future that is bright with promise; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas Legislature hereby honor Jennifer Fein for her service as a legislative intern with the Texas House of Representatives and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success and happiness; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Ms. Fein as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
