| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Those young people who give of their time and |

| 6 | 6 | | talents to assist in the demanding work of the Texas Legislature are |

| 7 | 7 | | truly deserving of our gratitude and admiration, and Jennifer Fein |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | is one such individual; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Originally from Dallas, Ms. Fein served as a |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | legislative intern in the office of State Representative Elliott |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Naishtat from January to May 2009, and her commitment, dedication, |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | and cheerful disposition were much appreciated by her colleagues; |

|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Fein is graduating from The University of Texas |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | at Austin in May 2009; she plans to attend law school, and her |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | hands-on experience with the workings of state government will no |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | doubt enrich and inform her experience as a lawyer; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Although her coworkers are sorry to see her tenure |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | end, they share her excitement in a future that is bright with |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | promise; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 22 | 22 | | Legislature hereby honor Jennifer Fein for her service as a |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | legislative intern with the Texas House of Representatives and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success and |
