44 R E S O L U T I O N
55 WHEREAS, Those young people who give of their time and
66 talents to assist in the demanding work of the Texas Legislature are
77 truly deserving of our gratitude and admiration, and Daniel
88 Goldstein is one such individual; and
99 WHEREAS, Originally from Houston, Mr. Goldstein served as a
1010 legislative intern in the office of State Representative Elliott
1111 Naishtat from January to May 2009, and his commitment, dedication,
1212 and cheerful disposition were much appreciated by his colleagues;
1313 and
1414 WHEREAS, Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of The University of
1515 Texas at Austin and the University of Houston Law Center, and his
1616 hands-on experience with the workings of state government will no
1717 doubt enrich and inform his future; and
1818 WHEREAS, Although his coworkers are sorry to see his tenure
1919 end, they share his excitement in a future that is bright with
2020 promise; now, therefore, be it
2121 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
2222 Legislature hereby honor Daniel Goldstein for his service as a
2323 legislative intern with the Texas House of Representatives and
2424 extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success and
2525 happiness; and, be it further
2626 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
2727 prepared for Mr. Goldstein as an expression of high regard by the
2828 Texas House of Representatives.
