5	5	WHEREAS, Those young people who give of their time and
6	6	talents to assist in the demanding work of the Texas Legislature are
7	7	truly deserving of our gratitude and admiration, and Daniel
8	8	Goldstein is one such individual; and
9	9	WHEREAS, Originally from Houston, Mr. Goldstein served as a
10	10	legislative intern in the office of State Representative Elliott
11	11	Naishtat from January to May 2009, and his commitment, dedication,
12	12	and cheerful disposition were much appreciated by his colleagues;
13	13	and
14	14	WHEREAS, Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of The University of
15	15	Texas at Austin and the University of Houston Law Center, and his
16	16	hands-on experience with the workings of state government will no
17	17	doubt enrich and inform his future; and
18	18	WHEREAS, Although his coworkers are sorry to see his tenure
19	19	end, they share his excitement in a future that is bright with
20	20	promise; now, therefore, be it
21	21	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
22	22	Legislature hereby honor Daniel Goldstein for his service as a
23	23	legislative intern with the Texas House of Representatives and
24	24	extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success and
25	25	happiness; and, be it further
26	26	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
27	27	prepared for Mr. Goldstein as an expression of high regard by the
28	28	Texas House of Representatives.
