| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Lori E. Gallaway has served with distinction as |

| 6 | 6 | | Democratic Party Precinct Chair of Precinct 1026 in Bexar County, |

| 7 | 7 | | making lasting contributions to the people of the county and to the |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Precinct chairs are integral to the success of the |

| 10 | 10 | | party's mission to elect public servants who will build a better |
