| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Nurturing a deep bond of love that has spanned five |

| 6 | 6 | | decades, Donald and Bonnie Bales of El Campo celebrated their 50th |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | wedding anniversary on March 20, 2009; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Bales exchanged the vows of matrimony |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | at Faith Memorial Baptist Church in Houston on that memorable day in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1959, and throughout the course of their marriage, they have found |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | great pleasure in sharing their life with one another; Mr. Bales is |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | retired from NewFirst National Bank of El Campo, while Mrs. Bales |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | was employed by New ICM El Campo before she retired; still living |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | life to the fullest, the couple enjoy travelling in their RV and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | attending NASCAR events; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Beloved parents and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bales |

| 17 | 17 | | count among their blessings a fine family that includes two |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | children, Larry Bales and his partner, Russell Donaldson, and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | Sherri Morgan and her husband, James, as well as two |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | granddaughters, Tiffany DeLuna and Brooke Molloy, and four |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | great-grandchildren, Destiny, Daniel, Danyelle, and J. J., with |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | whom they treasure sharing the many special occasions of life; and |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Looking back over the past half-century, Donald and |

| 24 | 24 | | Bonnie Bales may reflect with joy on the rewarding marriage they |

| 25 | 25 | | have built together and know that the strength of their love and |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | commitment ensures that many more joyful times await them; now, |
