| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Memories of a life filled with many joyful times and |

| 6 | 6 | | meaningful accomplishments remain to comfort the family and friends |

| 7 | 7 | | of Mary Jane Krueger of Bellville, who passed away on April 26, |

| 8 | 8 | | 2009, at the age of 57; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Janie Krueger was born in Bellville on September 8, |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 1951, to Frank and Gladys Broz; in 1978, she married Roger Krueger, |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | and the couple were blessed with a son, Ryan; they later shared in |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | the joy of welcoming into their family a daughter-in-law, Kandis, |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | and a grandson, Kash; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, A valued resident of Bellville, Ms. Krueger worked |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | as an insurance agent for Van Dyke Rankin and Company and attended |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Janie Krueger lived a caring and purposeful life, |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | and she will always be remembered with great tenderness and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | affection; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Mary Jane Krueger and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | husband, Roger Krueger; to her son, Ryan Krueger, and his wife, |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Kandis; to her grandson, Kash Krueger; to her sisters, Bebe |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Wunderlich and her husband, Roger, and Carol Schroeder and her |
|---|
