H.R. No. 2248
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The Lone Star State became home to a new citizen with
the birth of Zachary Davies Bryan Borja on December 22, 2008; and
WHEREAS, The second child born to Robert Anthony Martinez
Borja and Anna Lillian Bryan-Borja, this darling baby boy weighed 7
pounds, 12 ounces, and he made his much-anticipated entrance at
9:28 p.m.; he has since been warmly welcomed by the family's
extensive circle of relatives and friends, including his big
sister, Grace Olympia Bryan Borja, his grandparents, Egbert and
Remedios Borja and Stephen and Kathleen Bryan, and his aunts and
uncles, Eric Borja, David Bryan and Nicole Kibath, and Chris and
Mary Turner; and
WHEREAS, The arrival of a new baby is one of life's most
joyful occasions, and it is truly a pleasure to commemorate the
birth of this precious new Texan and to honor his proud parents;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Robert Anthony Martinez Borja and
Anna Lillian Bryan-Borja on the birth of their beloved son,
Zachary, and extend to them sincere best wishes for continued
happiness; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Borja as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
