| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Jamie Falconnier has provided valuable support to |

| 6 | 6 | | the office of Representative Diana Maldonado during the 81st |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Born in San Antonio to Joyce Falconnier and James |

| 9 | 9 | | Falconnier, Jr., Ms. Falconnier graduated from Keystone School and |

| 10 | 10 | | went on to earn her bachelor's degree at Southwestern University, |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | where she majored in philosophy and feminist studies and minored in |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | political science; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Falconnier has been a welcome addition to |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | Representative Maldonado's office, handling numerous |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | responsibilities and helping to enliven her workplace; over the |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | course of her internship, she has enhanced her knowledge of the |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | legislative process and the issues facing citizens of the Lone Star |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | State, while gaining experience in the field of public service; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Jamie Falconnier has performed her duties as a |

| 20 | 20 | | legislative intern with skill, perseverance, and dedication, and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | she may indeed look forward to a rewarding future; now, therefore, |

| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
