5	5	WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is pleased to
6	6	honor Phil Lovegren for his outstanding work as legislative
7	7	director in the office of State Representative Carol Kent; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Over the course of this legislative session, Mr.
9	9	Lovegren has brought a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, and
10	10	care to every task, from studying legislation to meeting with
11	11	constituents to ensuring the proper handling of office matters, and
12	12	he is truly deserving of special recognition for his notable
13	13	efforts; and
14	14	WHEREAS, Phil Lovegren has made invaluable contributions to
15	15	Representative Kent's office in his position as legislative
16	16	director, and his coworkers are certain that the Lone Star State
17	17	will continue to benefit from the accomplishments of this
18	18	University of Texas graduate; now, therefore, be it
19	19	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
20	20	Legislature hereby commend Phil Lovegren for his service as
21	21	legislative director in the office of State Representative Carol
22	22	Kent and extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be
23	23	it further
24	24	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
25	25	prepared for Mr. Lovegren as an expression of high regard by the
26	26	Texas House of Representatives.
