| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is pleased to |

| 7 | 7 | | in the office of State Representative Carol Kent; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Alvarado has brought a high level of dedication, |

| 9 | 9 | | enthusiasm, and care to every task, from studying issues to meeting |

| 10 | 10 | | with constituents to ensuring the proper handling of office |

| 11 | 11 | | matters, and she is truly deserving of special recognition for her |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Eliza Alvarado has made invaluable contributions to |
