 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced
 by a great and enduring love, Bob and Crystal Andrews of Greenville
 celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on May 1, 2009; and
 WHEREAS, Robert Andrews and the former Crystal Crain were
 united in matrimony at the Tenth and Rockford Church of Christ in
 Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1954; through the years, they have nurtured a
 fulfilling marriage that has been made even richer with the
 addition of three children, Jim Andrews and his wife, Melinda,
 Philip Andrews, and Carolyn Lewis and her husband, David, four
 grandsons, Christopher Andrews and his wife, Juliana, William
 Andrews, Patrick Lewis and his wife, Danielle, and Stuart Lewis, as
 well as a great-granddaughter, Hailey Lewis; and
 WHEREAS, Now retired, Mr. Andrews worked for many years as an
 electrical engineer, while Mrs. Andrews has been a dedicated
 homemaker throughout their marriage; residents of Greenville for 33
 years, they are members of Johnson Street Church of Christ; and
 WHEREAS, While innumerable changes have taken place in the
 world during the past 55 years, this devoted husband and wife have
 remained constant in their commitment to one another, and the
 strength of their love has enabled them to meet life's challenges
 and opportunities with grace and optimism; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Bob and Crystal Andrews on their
 55th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes for
 continued happiness; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Andrews as an expression of high regard by
 the Texas House of Representatives.
