| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Tyler and Jillian Lampley of Austin celebrated their |

| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, Tyler James Lampley met his future bride, Jillian |

| 8 | 8 | | Marie Hees, when they were four-year-olds attending Windsor Park |

| 9 | 9 | | Baptist Church School; the pair went on to be classmates at Robert |

| 10 | 10 | | E. Lee Elementary School and LBJ High School, where both were |

| 11 | 11 | | members of the school's band; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The couple exchanged the vows of matrimony at a |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | ceremony held at the Star Hill Ranch in Austin on May 20, 2006; the |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | bride's mother and the groom's father performed a duet, "I Am Your |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Everything," at the wedding; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The son of James Douglas Lampley and Barbara |

| 17 | 17 | | Koivisto Lampley and a sixth-generation Texan, Mr. Lampley is an |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | business communications and minored in math and physics; he is |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | employed as an engineering supervisor with United Parcel Service; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | an avid electronic games player, he attained the level of regional |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | finalist in the 2004 HALO Xbox competition and developed the |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | electronic game, "Battle School"; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Jillian Lampley is the daughter of Gregory Howard |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Hees and Miriam Louise Bloom Hees; she made the Dean's List twice at |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Texas Tech University, where she graduated in three years with a |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | degree in history and secondary education; today, she teaches world |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | history at Travis High School and coaches the cheerleading squad, |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | which qualified at the Fired-Up National Cheerleading Challenge; |

| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Together, Mr. and Ms. Lampley have traveled to |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | London, Paris, Berlin, Munich, and Mexico, and they are planning a |

| 33 | 33 | | trip to the Czech Republic and Poland; and |

| 34 | 34 | | WHEREAS, Since beginning their journey as husband and wife, |

| 35 | 35 | | Tyler and Jillian Lampley have brought to their marriage laughter, |

| 36 | 36 | | kindness, and devotion, and the strength of their love ensures that |

| 37 | 37 | | many more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it |

| 38 | 38 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
