| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Bob and Beth Braden of China Spring celebrated their |

| 6 | 6 | | 50th wedding anniversary on December 6, 2008, and they may indeed |

| 7 | 7 | | reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |

| 8 | 8 | | and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Braden exchanged the vows of matrimony |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | at the First Baptist Church in Dallas on that memorable day in 1958, |

| 11 | 11 | | and over the course of their marriage, they have found in each other |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | a loving life partner; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Braden count among their blessings a |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | fine family that includes their sons, Mark and his wife, Jennifer, |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | and Michael and his wife, Sandra, and their daughter, Melanie and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | her husband, Rick, as well as their beloved grandchildren, with |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | whom they share the many special occasions of life; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, For half a century, Bob and Beth Braden have brought |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it is a |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |

| 22 | 22 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
