| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Sharing a deep bond of love that has spanned six |

| 6 | 6 | | decades, Joe and Mildred Stanislav of Waco celebrated their 60th |

| 7 | 7 | | wedding anniversary on July 7, 2007; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Joe Stanislav and the former Mildred Pratka |

| 9 | 9 | | exchanged the vows of matrimony at St. Mary's Church in West on that |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | special day in 1947, and over the course of their marriage, they |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | have found in each other a devoted life partner; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Stanislav count among their blessings a |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | fine family that includes three daughters, Katherine Aufman and her |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | husband, Bill, Dorothy Fritz and her husband, Ron, and Kim Bolfing |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | and her husband, Jerry, as well as seven grandchildren, Connie, |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Jodi, Matthew, Martha, Beau, Shelby Jo, and Molly, and two |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | great-grandchildren, Alec and Kaitlynne, with whom they treasure |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | sharing the many special occasions of life; and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Looking back over the past six decades, Joe and |

| 20 | 20 | | Mildred Stanislav can savor a wealth of cherished family memories |

| 21 | 21 | | and know that the strength of their love and commitment ensures that |

| 22 | 22 | | many more joyful times await them; now, therefore, be it |

| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 24 | 24 | | Legislature hereby congratulate Joe and Mildred Stanislav on their |
