| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, During the 81st Legislature, Jonathon Colby |

| 6 | 6 | | McClellan has ably served his fellow Texans as legislative director |

| 7 | 7 | | in the office of State Representative Wayne Christian; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. McClellan's resourcefulness and initiative are |

| 9 | 9 | | greatly appreciated by his colleagues, and his contributions to |

| 10 | 10 | | carrying forth Representative Christian's legislative agenda have |

| 11 | 11 | | helped meet the needs of the constituents of House District 9; and |

| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his |
