R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, During the 81st Legislature, Glenda Albertson has
provided indispensible support in the office of State
Representative Charlie Howard; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Albertson's work at the State Capitol follows
more than two decades of employment in the corporate world; she has
devoted herself to policy research and committee work in the course
of the session, as well as exhibiting great organizational ability,
and she has become an integral member of the office team; and
WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has contributed to the
workings of state government firsthand, and in the process she has
enhanced her knowledge of the legislative process and the issues
facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Albertson has performed her duties in
Representative Howard's office with skill and dedication, and it is
most fitting to take this opportunity to recognize her; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby commend Glenda Albertson for her service in the
office of State Representative Charlie Howard and extend to her
warmest best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Albertson as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
