| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Austin Epps of Salado and Hannah Hammack of Austin |

| 7 | 7 | | Representative Charles Anderson during the 81st Legislative |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, These talented young Texans are participants in the |

| 10 | 10 | | Austin Community College state government internship program led by |

| 11 | 11 | | Dr. Edward J. Mullen; the course offers students an opportunity to |

| 12 | 12 | | acquire firsthand experience in the daily workings of government |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | and to gain a better understanding of Texas politics; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Epps tracked bills in the Agriculture and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Livestock Committee, while Ms. Hammack was responsible for |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | monitoring activity in the House Committee on Pensions, |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Investments, and Financial Services; and |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, By sharing their unique perspectives on issues and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | contributing numerous hours of hard work, Austin Epps and Hannah |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | Hammack have helped to ensure that the constituents of House |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | District 56 and the citizens of the Lone Star State are well served, |

| 22 | 22 | | and they are indeed deserving of special recognition; now, |

| 24 | 24 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
