R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Victor M. Ramirez can take well-deserved pride in
the outstanding service he rendered to the residents of his
community during his 35-year career with the Roma Independent
School District; and
WHEREAS, Admired for his exceptional performance as the
director of the district's Career and Technology Education program,
this esteemed Texan worked tirelessly to promote student
achievement and to prepare young people for the challenges and
opportunities of the future; and
WHEREAS, Through his unwavering commitment to assisting area
pupils, Mr. Ramirez helped to foster a positive and supportive
educational environment, one that gives students skills and a
vision of what they might attain if they strive for success; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby honor Victor M. Ramirez for his exemplary
service with the Roma Independent School District and extend to him
sincere best wishes for happiness and success in all of his
endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Ramirez as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
