55 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE House of Representatives of the State
66 of Texas, that House Rule 13, Section 9, be suspended in part as
77 provided by House Rule 13, Section 9(f) to enable consideration of,
88 and action on, the following specific matters which may be
99 contained in the Conference Committee Report on Senate Bill 1.
1010 1. Format Changes
1111 For each agency and institution of higher education, the Conference
1212 Committee Report moves the informational item entitled
1313 "Supplemental Appropriations Made in Riders" from immediately
1414 following the "Schedule of Exempt Positions" to immediately after
1515 the grand total of all appropriations made in strategies.
1616 For each general academic institution, service agency, health
1717 center, health science center, technical college and system office,
1818 the Conference Committee report combines all strategy
1919 appropriations into one single appropriation with the individual
2020 strategies shown, for information purposes only, as the first rider
2121 in the institution's bill pattern. This format change does not
2222 affect the amount of appropriations to any institution or the
2323 method of financing any institution's appropriations.
