H.R. No. 2912
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Brad Isbon has provided indispensable support to the
office of Representative Roberto Alonzo during the 81st Legislative
Session; and
WHEREAS, A participant in the Austin Community College
Legislative Internship Program, Mr. Isbon has managed his many
daily responsibilities in an exceptional manner, demonstrating a
commitment to excellence and the perseverance to overcome any
challenge brought before him; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Isbon graduated from Arlington High School in
2006 and is currently a student at ACC; a member of the Kiwanis Key
Club, he has volunteered with such worthwhile initiatives as
Project Linus and Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF; in addition, he has
tutored students at South Davis Elementary School, collected Coke
tabs for Ronald McDonald House, and participated in Kooken
Elementary Christmas adoption; and
WHEREAS, This notable young Texan has also gained valuable
work experience through his employment with Isbon Engineering &
Associates and W3 Event Specialists; and
WHEREAS, Brad Isbon has performed his duties in
Representative Alonzo's office with skill and dedication, and it is
most fitting to take this opportunity to recognize him; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
Legislature hereby commend Brad Isbon for his outstanding service
as an intern in the office of Representative Roberto Alonzo and
extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all of
his endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Isbon as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
