The resolution would suspend House Rule 13, Section 9(a)(1) to allow provisions that are not in the Engrossed or As Passed Second House versions of HB 4102 to take effect. The bill would maintain the ability of a state or local government entity to receive reimbursement from the disaster contingency fund for costs incurred by the entity in preparing for disasters.
