| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, July 25, 2009, signals the beginning of a new |

| 6 | 6 | | chapter in the lives of Ellen Gale and Caleb Troxclair, for on that |

| 7 | 7 | | day they will exchange their wedding vows and embark on a rewarding |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | journey together as husband and wife; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Gale and Mr. Troxclair will be joined in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | matrimony in the garden of Wine & Roses Hotel and Spa in Lodi, |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | California; sharing in the celebration are their parents, Rex and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Susan Gale and Noel and Mary Troxclair, as well as the bride's |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | brother, Brien, and the groom's sisters, Caitlin and Caneel, and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | nieces, Clair and Sadie June; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The two met in the office of State Representative |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | Phil King, where he worked as a legislative aide and she served as |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | an intern; when the timing was right, Mr. Troxclair proposed on |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | bended knee at a chapel in San Antonio that will forever hold a |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | special place in their hearts; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, A graduate of Texas A&M University-Kingsville, the |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | groom is now director of operations in Representative King's |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | office; he plans to attend St. Mary's University School of Law in |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | the fall; the bride earned her bachelor's degree from The |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | University of Texas and is deputy chief of staff in the office of |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Representative Betty Brown; and |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, This blessed event will mark a profound deepening of |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | a relationship that has grown in love, respect, and mutual regard |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | with each passing day, and it is truly a pleasure to honor this |

| 29 | 29 | | special couple; now, therefore, be it |
