| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The death of Roger Alan Einhaus of Wichita Falls on |

| 6 | 6 | | May 30, 2009, at the age of 75, has deeply saddened the loved ones of |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | this esteemed Texan; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Einhaus made his home in Wichita Falls, where he |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | graduated from high school and built a life that was rich in family |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | and friends; he and his wife, MaryAlice, were blessed with four |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | children, and he also had the pleasure of welcoming seven |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | grandchildren and five great-grandchildren into his family; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, For many years, Roger Einhaus worked in behalf of |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | his fellow citizens as a civil servant; following his retirement, |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | he remained active in the community as a farmer and rancher; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Roger Einhaus will be profoundly missed, but those |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | who were privileged to share in his love and affection will forever |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | treasure their memories of many happy times spent in his company; |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 21 | 21 | | Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Roger Alan Einhaus and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | MaryAlice Einhaus; to his daughters, Leigh Ann and Shirl Annette; |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | to his sons, Mark Allen and Scott Anthony; to his brother, Larry |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Richard; to his seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it further |

| 27 | 27 | | RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
