| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Mitzi Long makes outstanding contributions to her |

| 6 | 6 | | fellow Texans through her exceptional work as district director in |

| 7 | 7 | | the office of State Representative Vicki Truitt; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Long is an essential member of Representative |

| 9 | 9 | | Truitt's staff; serving on the "front lines" in the district |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | office, she puts her heart into the task of assisting constituents |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | and goes above and beyond the call of duty to meet their needs; in |

| 12 | 12 | | addition, she attends numerous events on the representative's |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | behalf, and she also finds the time and energy to be an exceptional |

| 14 | 14 | | wife and mother; and |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Long performs her duties as district director |

| 16 | 16 | | with unfailing skill and dedication, and Representative Truitt is |

| 17 | 17 | | personally grateful for her commitment, professionalism, teamwork, |

| 18 | 18 | | and valuable support; now, therefore, be it |

| 19 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
