| 7 | 7 | | Interscholastic League Academic State Meet in Austin on May 25 and |

| 8 | 8 | | 26, 2009; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of David and Susan Duncan, Ms. Duncan |

| 10 | 10 | | is currently completing her sophomore year at Spring Hill; she |

| 11 | 11 | | excelled in competition earlier in the year and qualified to |

| 12 | 12 | | advance to state in the Literary Criticism category; and |

| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, To perform at the highest level in statewide |

| 14 | 14 | | academic competition requires not only skill and intellect but also |

| 15 | 15 | | exceptional dedication, and Ms. Duncan may reflect with pride on |
