| 6 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Paul I. Rubin of Frisco has contributed to the |

| 7 | 7 | | well-being of countless young Texans through his vital work as a |

| 8 | 8 | | board certified pediatric dentist; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, A graduate of The Texas A&M Health Science Center |

| 10 | 10 | | Baylor College of Dentistry and a diplomate of the American Board of |

| 11 | 11 | | Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Rubin earned his doctor of dental surgery |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Antonio; he gained his pediatric expertise through residency |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | training at Baylor's Dental Clinics, Children's Medical Center, and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children; and |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Rubin practices at Frisco Kids Dentistry, where |

| 17 | 17 | | he emphasizes preventative care and strives to educate parents |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | about how to best safeguard their children's dental health; |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | together with his wife, Staci, Dr. Rubin has two children, Sam and |

| 20 | 20 | | Natalie; and |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, By helping children to attain good dental health |

| 22 | 22 | | Dr. Paul Rubin is making a worthwhile contribution to his |

| 23 | 23 | | community, and he may take great pride in his professional |

| 24 | 24 | | achievements; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |

| 26 | 26 | | Legislature hereby honor Dr. Paul I. Rubin for his notable work in |

| 27 | 27 | | the field of pediatric dentistry and extend to him sincere best |

| 28 | 28 | | wishes for continued success and happiness; and, be it further |
