| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, A 65th wedding anniversary marks a lifetime of love |

| 6 | 6 | | and shared experiences, and James and Jewel Smart of Lone Oak |

| 7 | 7 | | celebrated this joyous milestone in their marriage on January 27, |

| 8 | 8 | | 2009; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, James Henry Smart and the former Edna Jewel Wilburn |

| 10 | 10 | | were joined in matrimony in 1944 at a ceremony held in Wagner; |

| 11 | 11 | | through the years, they have been blessed with a treasured family |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | that includes two daughters, Phyllis Fink and Betty Eakin, and they |

| 13 | 13 | | have delighted in the addition of grandchildren Glenn, Leslie, and |

| 14 | 14 | | Larry and great-grandchildren Shelby, Sawyer, and Rose to their |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | family; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Smart have enjoyed 65 years of abiding |

| 17 | 17 | | love and affection for one another, and they are among an |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | exceptional group of men and women who can claim such a lasting |

| 19 | 19 | | commitment; now, therefore, be it |
