8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The Rolling Plains of North Central Texas is 30 |

9 | 9 | | million acres of one of the prime agricultural regions of the Lone |

10 | 10 | | Star State and is home to many of the state's fine ranchers and |

11 | 11 | | farmers; and |
---|
12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, The Rolling Plains Communities Partnership, which |

13 | 13 | | includes the counties of Briscoe, Childress, Collingsworth, |
---|
14 | 14 | | Cottle, Donley, Foard, Hall, Hardeman, Motley, and Wheeler, is |

15 | 15 | | working to bring rural communities together to promote economic |

16 | 16 | | development; and |

17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Rolling Plains Communities |

18 | 18 | | Partnership are playing a vital role in the well-being of their |

19 | 19 | | unique region of the Lone Star State, and this exemplary |
