5	5	WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of
6	6	Castleman Andrews III of Round Rock, who died on January 20, 2009,
7	7	at the age of 61; and
8	8	WHEREAS, Cas Andrews was born in Greenville on September 12,
9	9	1947, the son of Castleman Mazyck Andrews, Jr., and Bernice Lee
10	10	Henson Andrews; Mr. Andrews had worked for the Better Business
11	11	Bureau, and at the time of his death, he was a district manager of
12	12	the Texas Restaurant Association; and
13	13	WHEREAS, Known for his warmhearted personality and his sense
14	14	of humor, Mr. Andrews took great pleasure in meeting people and
15	15	making new friends; he enjoyed saltwater fishing and golf, and he
16	16	was an avid fan of college football; and
17	17	WHEREAS, An individual who brightened the lives of many
18	18	people, Cas Andrews will long be remembered with great admiration
19	19	and affection by all who knew and loved him; now, therefore, be it
20	20	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
21	21	Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Castleman Andrews III
22	22	and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his
23	23	son, Lee Andrews; to his brothers, Robie Andrews and his wife,
24	24	Carolyn, and Bill Andrews; and to his other relatives and friends;
25	25	and, be it further
26	26	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
27	27	prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
28	28	Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in honor of Cas Andrews.
