5	5	WHEREAS, February 11, 2009, was indeed a special day in the
6	6	lives of Stephen Ivey Damiani and Chen Sara Xie, for on that day
7	7	they became the proud parents of a darling baby boy, Stephen Shay Li
8	8	Damiani; and
9	9	WHEREAS, Their handsome son weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and
10	10	measured 21-3/4 inches in length when he was born on this momentous
11	11	February day; and
12	12	WHEREAS, His long-awaited arrival has brought great joy to
13	13	his mother and father, as well as to his grandparents, Victor and
14	14	Judy Damiani and Charlie and Shiyan Xie; and
15	15	WHEREAS, Stephen Shay Li will surely thrive in the loving
16	16	embrace of his parents, extended family, and friends--a circle that
17	17	will treasure and nurture this fine young Texan with all the
18	18	devotion that he deserves; now, therefore, be it
19	19	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
20	20	Legislature hereby congratulate Stephen Ivey Damiani and Chen Sara
21	21	Xie on the birth of their cherished son and extend to Stephen Shay
22	22	Li Damiani warmest best wishes for a bright and promising future;
23	23	and, be it further
24	24	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
25	25	prepared for the family as an expression of high regard by the Texas
26	26	House of Representatives.
