Under provisions of the bill, a university system or institution of higher education, as defined under Section 2151.002 of the Transportation Code, could donate data processing equipment that is surplus property to a public or private hospital located in a rural county.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
