77 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
88 SECTION 1. The heading to Section 33.004, Government Code,
99 is amended to read as follows:
1010 Sec. 33.004. COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES OF COMMISSION
1111 MEMBERS, [AND] SPECIAL MASTERS, AND OTHER EMPLOYEES.
1212 SECTION 2. Subsection (d), Section 33.004, Government Code,
1313 is amended to read as follows:
1414 (d) A member or employee of the commission, special counsel,
1515 or any other person appointed by the commission to assist the
1616 commission in performing the duties of the commission, or a special
1717 master is entitled to necessary expenses for travel, board, and
1818 lodging incurred in the performance of official duties.
1919 SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009.
