LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD Austin, Texas FISCAL NOTE, 81ST LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION April 16, 2009 TO: Honorable Florence Shapiro, Chair, Senate Committee on Education FROM: John S. O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board IN RE:SB2270 by Gallegos (Relating to consideration of mitigating factors in determining appropriate disciplinary action to be taken against a public school student.), As Introduced No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
