| 9 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. During the 2010-2011 biennium, the comptroller | |
| 11 | 11 | of public accounts shall transfer funds to the water infrastructure | |
| 12 | 12 | fund from the economic stabilization fund as necessary to fulfill | |
| 13 | 13 | the purposes of the water infrastructure fund as provided by | |
| 14 | 14 | Section 15.973, Water Code. | |
| 15 | 15 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
