O'Brien, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:SB820 by Duncan (Relating to the adoption and amendment of model building codes by municipalities.), As Introduced    No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would authorize a municipality to establish a Model Codes Advisory Board. Provisions of the bill would establish procedures for creating the board, specify membership, and define responsibilities of the board. Certain notifications would be required on actions taken by the municipality related to model building codes if an advisory board is not created.
