CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 2064 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the
following corrections:
(1) In SECTION 18 of the bill, in amended Section
2306.6703(a), Government Code (house committee report, page 15,
line 18), strike "is required to comply" and substitute "complies".
(2) In SECTION 18 of the bill, in amended Section
2306.6703(a), Government Code (house committee report, page 15,
line 23), strike "subpriority" and substitute "priority".
