4	4	SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
5	5	WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 2064 has been adopted by the house of
6	6	representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
7	7	enrollment; and
8	8	WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
9	9	corrected; now, therefore, be it
10	10	RESOLVED by the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas, That
11	11	the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the
12	12	following corrections:
13	13	(1) In SECTION 18 of the bill, in amended Subsection (a),
14	14	Section 2306.6703, Government Code (house committee report, page
15	15	15, line 18), strike "is required to comply" and substitute
16	16	"complies".
17	17	(2) In SECTION 18 of the bill, in amended Subsection (a),
18	18	Section 2306.6703, Government Code (house committee report, page
19	19	15, line 23), strike "subpriority" and substitute "priority".
