4	4	SENATE RESOLUTION
5	5	BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE Senate of the State of Texas, that
6	6	Senate Rule 12.03 and 12.04, be suspended in part as provided by
7	7	Senate Rule 12.08 to enable consideration of, and action on, the
8	8	following specific matters which may be contained in the
9	9	Conference Committee Report on Senate Bill No. 1.
10	10	1. Format Changes
11	11	For each agency and institution of higher education, the
12	12	Conference Committee Report moves the informational item
13	13	entitled "Supplemental Appropriations Made in Riders" from
14	14	immediately following the "Schedule of Exempt Positions" to
15	15	immediately after the grand total of all appropriations made in
16	16	strategies.
17	17	For each general academic institution, service agency, health
18	18	center, health science center, technical college and system
19	19	office, the Conference Committee report combines all strategy
20	20	appropriations into one single appropriation with the individual
21	21	strategies shown, for information purposes only, as the first
22	22	rider in the institution's bill pattern. This format change does
23	23	not affect the amount of appropriations to any institution or the
24	24	method of financing any institution's appropriations.
