1	1	SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 433
2	2	WHEREAS, Caleb Levi Smith of Troop 142 in Harlingen is
3	3	being honored by the Boy Scout program for attaining the rank of
4	4	Eagle Scout; and
5	5	WHEREAS, Caleb planned, developed, and conducted a service
6	6	project that has benefited his community, and he is recognized as
7	7	an outstanding leader; his project was a Youth Health Fair to
8	8	promote physical fitness; and
9	9	WHEREAS, Caleb has brought great honor to himself in
10	10	earning the coveted Eagle Badge, and his family, his troop, and
11	11	his community are justly proud of his accomplishment; and
12	12	WHEREAS, Following the principles of the Scout oath and
13	13	promise, this personable young man advanced through the ranks of
14	14	Tenderfoot, Second, First, Star, and Life classes before
15	15	reaching Eagle Scout; and
16	16	WHEREAS, Caleb has become one of the select few to earn
17	17	this prestigious honor, and he is a shining example to the young
18	18	people of Texas; now, therefore, be it
19	19	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st
20	20	Legislature, hereby congratulate Caleb Levi Smith on becoming an
21	21	Eagle Scout and commend him on this great achievement; and, be it
22	22	further
23	23	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
24	24	Eagle Scout Smith as an expression of high regard from the Texas
25	25	Senate.
