1	1	SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 665
2	2	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
3	3	recognize Spring Antioch Baptist Church of Spring, Texas, on the
4	4	grand occasion of its 10th anniversary, which is being celebrated
5	5	May 17, 2009; and
6	6	WHEREAS, Over the last 10 years, the Spring Antioch Baptist
7	7	Church has ministered faithfully to the needs of the citizens of
8	8	Spring, and due to the guidance and wise stewardship of its
9	9	current pastor, the Reverend Eric A. Wilson, Sr., the church has
10	10	undertaken many worthy projects in the community; and
11	11	WHEREAS, The church has also served as an invaluable source
12	12	of strength to its members during their hardships and in times of
13	13	bereavement; and
14	14	WHEREAS, The observance of the church's 10th anniversary is
15	15	an opportunity to celebrate its contributions to area citizens
16	16	and its mission of providing hope and inspiration to the
17	17	community; now, therefore, be it
18	18	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st
19	19	Legislature, hereby extend best wishes to the clergy and members
20	20	of Spring Antioch Baptist Church on the joyous occasion of its
21	21	10th anniversary; and, be it further
22	22	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
23	23	the church as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
