| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Rachel Nicole Willis on the occasion of her high school |

|---|
| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Rachel has demonstrated exceptional diligence and |

| 6 | 6 | | determination in accomplishing the goals she set for herself, and |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | she has fulfilled all the requirements for a high school diploma; |

| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Having successfully faced the many challenges of |

| 10 | 10 | | a home school education, Rachel now embarks on an adventure for |

| 11 | 11 | | which she is well prepared and that holds countless exciting |

| 12 | 12 | | opportunities for her; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Rachel's accomplishments bear witness to her |

| 14 | 14 | | dedication and outstanding abilities, and she is a source of much |

| 15 | 15 | | pride for her family and her community; now, therefore, be it |

| 16 | 16 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st |

| 17 | 17 | | Legislature, hereby commend Rachel Nicole Willis on her |

| 18 | 18 | | scholastic success and extend to her best wishes for the future |
