| 4 | 4 | | Club, which recently celebrated an undefeated season as it won |

| 5 | 5 | | the Under 9 division in the Rio Grande Valley Soccer |

|---|
| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, The Leopards captured the Brownsville Opportunity |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | Youth Soccer Association title with a record of 8-0, advancing to |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | the Rio Grande Valley Championships, where they played against |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | other top-ranked teams from across the area and won all four |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | games to take the title; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, These young athletes demonstrated great talent |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | and perseverance throughout the year, finishing the season with a |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | perfect 12-0 record with a total of 59 goals scored and only eight |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | goals allowed; team members Noah Armstrong, David De La Garza, |

| 16 | 16 | | David Rodriguez, Alex Reibling, Blair Averyt, Joey Arney, Travis |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | Jones, Andres Martinez, Daniel Ferrer, Rodrigo Sanchez, and Kai |

| 18 | 18 | | Money can take great pride in their outstanding performance; and |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Under the superior leadership and expertise of |

| 20 | 20 | | coaches Michael Jones and Kelton Averyt, the Leopards have |

| 21 | 21 | | developed exceptional teamwork and discipline; and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Episcopal Day School and the City of Brownsville |

| 23 | 23 | | are proud of the team for their hard work, their impressive |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | skills, and their fine sportsmanship; now, therefore, be it |

| 25 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st |

| 26 | 26 | | Legislature, hereby commend the members of the Episcopal Day |

| 27 | 27 | | School Leopards United Football Club on their perfect season and |

| 28 | 28 | | extend congratulations to them on winning the Under 9 division of |
