A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to eligibility to file a sworn complaint with the Texas
Ethics Commission.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 571.122(b-1), Government Code, as added
by Chapter 604 (H.B. 677), Acts of the 81st Legislature, Regular
Session, 2009, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
