99 AN ACT
1010 relating to the grounds for revocation of an emergency medical
1111 services personnel certification.
1212 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1313 SECTION 1. Section 773.0614(c), Health and Safety Code, is
1414 amended to read as follows:
1515 (c) A certificate holder's certificate shall be revoked if
1616 the certificate holder has been [is] convicted of or placed on
1717 deferred adjudication community supervision or deferred
1818 disposition for:
1919 (1) an offense listed in Sections 3g(a)(1)(A) through
2020 (H), Article 42.12, Code of Criminal Procedure; or
2121 (2) an offense, other than an offense described by
2222 Subdivision (1), committed on or after September 1, 2009, for which
2323 the person is subject to registration under Chapter 62, Code of
2424 Criminal Procedure.
2525 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
