The bill would amend the Property Code relating to the collection of certain foreclosure data by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Based on the analysis of the TDHCA, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
