The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the duties of a funeral director or an agent at the interment or entombment of a human body. Based on the analysis of the Funeral Service Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
