99 AN ACT
1010 relating to the requirement that certain food service
1111 establishments post a sign depicting the Heimlich maneuver.
1212 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1313 SECTION 1. Subchapter E, Chapter 438, Health and Safety
1414 Code, is repealed.
1515 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
1616 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
1717 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
1818 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
1919 Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
