The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the registration of certain physical therapy facilities. Based on information provided by the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
